Policy
Code of Conduct
AEK gatherings are held to a simple standard: kindness, respect, and dignity for every person in the room.
DRAFT. This policy is placeholder text generated to establish structure. It must be reviewed and replaced with committee-approved wording — especially the Child Safety and Photography Consent policies — before public launch.
Respect everyone
Regardless of age, gender, background, ability, or how long they have been part of AEK. Everyone is family.
No discrimination or harassment
AEK does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind. Report any concerns to a committee member immediately.
Devotional atmosphere
Please keep phones on silent during aarti and puja. Modest attire is appreciated during religious ceremonies.
Children first
We are a family-first community. Language and behaviour at AEK events should be appropriate for every child present.
